- 柜体采用1.0mm优质冷轧钢板，底座为2.0mm冷轧钢板，经酸洗磷化后静电喷塑，高温固化处理。内胆（上、下、左、右内衬板）采用实心瓷白PP（聚丙烯树脂）板，内部配有3个三层阶梯式PP活动搁板，层板设有5mm通气孔。柜体填充特种保温隔热防火材料，门与柜体之间安装防火膨胀密封件（150℃-180℃局部膨胀，750℃全部膨胀，膨胀比例1:5）。柜顶设有Φ110mm出风口，内置轴流风机；柜底设可调进风口及不锈钢可调风阀，并配有70℃高温自闭防火装置。配备电子密码锁、温湿度控制报警装置及声光报警功能。

Physical Properties:The cabinet body is made of 1.0mm high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with the base made of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plate, treated by pickling, phosphating, electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing. The inner lining (top, bottom, left and right inner panels) is made of solid ceramic-white PP (polypropylene resin) board, and the interior is equipped with 3 three-tier stepped PP movable shelves with 5mm ventilation holes.
