Physical Properties:The reaction furnace and measurement unit adopt a split design. During the test, the sample is placed at an elevated temperature with air flow to accelerate oxidation. The stability time under accelerated oxidation conditions is obtained by monitoring the change in conductivity caused by acidic substances released from the sample, and the oil stability index (OSI) at room temperature or other temperatures can be extrapolated. The instrument is equipped with a full-range auto-calibrated conductivity measurement system, and the air flow rate for each sample can be set independently.
Uses:Suitable for the oxidation stability determination of animal and vegetable oils and fats, oil-containing foods and oil-containing cosmetics, as well as the evaluation of antioxidant capacity of antioxidants. The method complies with standards such as AOCS Cd 12b-92, ISO 6886, 2.4.28.2-93 and GB/T 21121-2007.

Each reaction furnace provides 4 sample positions; the number of reaction furnaces can be selected as needed.
Temperature setting range: room temperature to 220 °C; temperature fluctuation after reaching set value: ±0.3 °C; resolution: 0.1 °C.
