Physical Properties:This product is an ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, supplied as transparent or translucent pellets, with excellent flexibility, elasticity, and low-temperature performance. It has a density of approximately 0.94 g/cm³, melt flow index adjustable by grade, good compatibility with PE, PP, PA and other materials, as well as good thermal stability and weather resistance.
Uses:Used as an extrusion coating resin with good adhesion to substrates such as PE, PP, PA, and PVDC, widely applied in food packaging. Also used to produce soft elastic films, low-melting-point bags, disposable gloves and other medical hygiene products. As a polymer modifier, it serves as a toughening and compatibilizing agent for ABS, PA, PC, PBT, PET, PP, especially for PBT/PC and PC/ABS alloys. It is also used in automotive soundproofing materials, halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds, and hot-melt adhesives.
