Physical Properties:This product is in transparent granular form. Microscopically, it forms a molecular-level interpenetrating network structure with polypropylene (PP) and exhibits good compatibility with PP. Its molecular structure contains no double bonds susceptible to UV degradation, providing excellent weatherability. It offers high processing fluidity and minimal hardness variation during high-temperature summer conditions. Tear strength is 16.5 N/mm. After 100 h of UV aging (black standard temperature 60°C), the sample surface shows no obvious changes or softening, with a gray scale rating of Grade 4-5.
Uses:It is suitable for various films and blend modifications requiring high filler tolerance, such as sound deadening boards and masterbatches, including calendered or extruded sheets/profiles and injection molded products. It is specifically applied to extruded sheets, cast films, injection molding, extruded profiles, calendered sheets, PP woven raffia, nonwoven fabrics, and LDPE/HDPE films. It effectively improves the toughness, elongation, and low-temperature resistance of PP while reducing filler precipitation and filament breakage during raffia drawing, and minimizing warpage of finished products.
