Physical Properties:The Paper Sheet Former consists of one sheet forming section and two vacuum drying units, which can work simultaneously or independently. All parts in contact with pulp water are made of anti-rust and corrosion-resistant materials, with the main body made of stainless steel 304. The forming section uses a valve to discharge water, and the pulp forms a uniform sheet by filtering through the wire mesh. To meet different forming needs, 60-mesh and 80-mesh wire screens are each provided. The drying section adopts electric heating with vacuum to accelerate the drying process, and the vacuum degree is displayed on the instrument. The drying temperature is digitally displayed, settable and intelligently controlled. A circulating water vacuum pump is used, which is clean, pollution-free, easy to use and maintain. Equipped with a white water circulation device, the white water can be recovered and reused, complying with ISO5269/2 standard.
