Uses:This long-chain alkyl methacrylate monomer exhibits excellent water resistance and lipophilicity in its polymers. It is mainly used to produce crude oil pour point depressants, waterproof and oil-proof textile finishes, leather waterproofing agents, and oil-absorbing resins. It is also widely used as a comonomer in paper coatings, pressure-sensitive adhesives, paint resins, plastic modification and personal care formulations.
