Uses:Nanodiamond powder has high hardness and excellent wear resistance, making it an ideal raw material for grinding and polishing cemented carbide, ceramics, gemstones, optical glass, and other high-hardness materials. It is widely used in aerospace, aircraft manufacturing, precision machinery, optical instruments, automobile manufacturing, and other industries for producing high-hardness high-wear-resistant electroplated and electroless coatings, metal-matrix composites, low-friction high-load lubrication systems, super lubricants, wear-resistant PTFE-based composites, and highly thermally conductive insulating silicone greases and thermal pads. It is also used to produce polycrystalline diamond and diamond films.
