Uses:Used as a detergent, emulsifier, dispersant and thickener, and also as a corrosion inhibitor in polyethylene films. In addition, it is widely used in adhesives (e.g., natural rubber pasting paper sheets) and cosmetics (e.g., shaving gels and clear gels).
