Physical Properties:Non-crystalline flame-retardant ABS material. Density 1.18 g/cm³, melt flow rate 50 g/10min, mold shrinkage 0.55%. Good overall performance, high impact strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical properties, good dimensional stability and wear resistance; resistant to water, inorganic salts, alkalis and acids, insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, but readily soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters and some chlorinated hydrocarbons. It has good flowability and can be chromium-plated and painted. Heat deflection temperature is low and weather resistance is poor.
Uses:Used for electronic appliances, electrical components, TV housings and other flame-retardant parts. It can be processed by injection molding to make complex housings, panels and internal structural parts.
