Physical Properties:A modified compound based on PA66 (Nylon 66) reinforced with 15% glass fiber and lubricated with 10% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene). PA66 is a translucent or opaque milky white crystalline polymer with amide groups in the main chain, a number-average molecular weight of about 15,000-30,000, a density of about 1.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of 255-265°C. The addition of glass fiber significantly improves rigidity, strength and heat resistance; the addition of PTFE provides a low friction coefficient and excellent self-lubricating properties. This grade has a density of about 1.35 g/cm³, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.

Uses:Suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant, self-lubricating precision mechanical parts such as gears, bearings, sliders, bushings and seals. Widely used in heat-resistant and wear-resistant structural parts in the automotive industry, electronic and electrical components, and sliding parts of textile machinery.
