Physical Properties:Reinforced with 15% and 30% glass fiber, this nylon 66 grade shows excellent overall performance. It features high strength, high stiffness, good heat resistance and dimensional stability, low friction and good wear resistance. It has good resistance to oils, solvents and weak alkalis, and exhibits good electrical insulation. Density is about 1.22–1.36 g/cm³, melting point is about 260–265°C, and water absorption is relatively low.
Uses:It is mainly used for automotive interior parts such as instrument panels, door trims and clips, as well as gears, bearings and transmission components that require high strength, wear resistance and dimensional stability.
