Physical Properties:This product is a blended aqueous emulsion of PVDF resin and acrylic resin, with a solid content of approximately 48%~52% and a density of about 1.10~1.20 g/cm³. The pH is neutral to slightly alkaline. It is a water-based system, non-flammable, with a flash point above 100°C. It disperses readily in water and forms a dense, tough film upon curing. It is free of fluorosurfactants and APEO, and is suitable for two-component crosslinking systems.
Uses:It is mainly used in high-performance architectural exterior wall coatings, metal coil coatings, and industrial maintenance coatings. The coating offers superior weatherability and UV stability, excellent color and gloss retention, and resistance to chalking. It also provides outstanding dirt resistance and antifungal performance. Through two-component crosslinking, the coating significantly improves early hardness, anti-blocking properties, solvent resistance, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for outdoor decorative and protective applications requiring high durability.
