Physical Properties:Light yellow powder, no pungent odor, non-staining and bloom-free; long scorch time provides good processing safety; not oxidized by air during curing, giving minimal batch-to-batch variation of cured rubber products.
Uses:Applicable to the curing of CPE/CR in various vulcanization processes (e.g., compression molding, continuous vulcanization, autoclave, microwave) for rubber products such as cable sheaths, inner/outer layers of hoses, and conveyor belts. It acts as an effective co-curing agent in CPE/EPDM, CPE/NR and CPE/CR blends; it promotes NBR crosslinking in CM/diene rubber blends and serves as an activator for EPDM in CM/EPDM systems. Recommended dosage is 4.5-6 phr, and a small amount of sulfur can be used in combination to improve the degree of vulcanization. It is especially suitable for steam autoclave curing: 45-60 min at 151°C (4 kg/cm² steam pressure), or 30-45 min at 158°C (5 kg/cm² steam pressure).
