Physical Properties:PC/ABS alloy exhibits excellent overall performance, featuring high impact strength, especially maintaining good impact resistance at low temperatures. It has good mechanical properties, flexibility, chemical stability, and excellent electrical performance. Its melt flow is better than PMMA and PC, but slightly lower than HIPS. The alloy has a high heat deflection temperature (80–125°C), good flame resistance, and good indoor UV stability. It is easy to process via injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding. It shows good weldability with PMMA (372), enabling two-color molded parts, and can be surface-chromium plated and painted. It offers a wide range of colors and good plating performance.

Uses:Mainly used in fitness equipment, industrial applications, electrical switches, connectors, and related fields.
