It combines the high strength, high rigidity, wear resistance and chemical resistance of POM with excellent electrical conductivity/antistatic performance. The surface resistivity can be controlled in the range of 1×10^2 to 1×10^6 Ω/sq with low volume resistivity, effectively dissipating static charges. Density is about 1.39–1.45 g/cm³, melting point is 165–175°C, and heat deflection temperature is about 110–160°C.
Uses:Used for manufacturing precision parts requiring electrical conductivity or antistatic performance, such as electronic and electrical components, home appliance parts, optical-grade structural parts, IC trays, transmission gears, bearings, sliders and automation equipment components. It effectively prevents static charge accumulation and dust adsorption while maintaining the mechanical properties of POM.
