Physical Properties:A combination of glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA66), with a density of 1.3-1.8 g/cm³ and molecular weight of 0.4-0.5×10⁴. PPS-GF exhibits excellent thermal stability with long-term service temperature of 220-240°C, heat distortion temperature above 260°C, UL94 V-0 flame retardancy, strong chemical resistance and low moisture absorption; PA66-GF offers high mechanical strength, good rigidity, wear and impact resistance, heat distortion temperature of approximately 250°C, excellent electrical insulation and good dimensional stability. Both are suitable for high-temperature load-bearing applications.
Uses:Used for structural components in electric motors that operate under elevated temperatures and mechanical stress, such as commutators, brush holders, end caps, insulation frames, fan blades and coil bobbins. Also applicable to high-temperature load-bearing parts around automotive engines, power tools and household appliance motor components.
