Physical Properties:Flame retardant grade thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) with Shore hardness 85A. Hardness increases with higher hard segment content, accompanied by increased tensile modulus and tear strength, decreased elongation, and increased density and dynamic heat buildup. The hard segment phase tends to form paracrystalline or crystalline structures that restrict material deformation, thereby improving modulus and tear strength. Excellent flame retardancy, passing UL94 V0 test.
Uses:Suitable for wire and cable jackets, electronic and electrical components, automotive parts and other applications requiring high flame retardancy, combining TPU's abrasion resistance, oil resistance and flexibility.
