Physical Properties:It is an antistatic polyoxymethylene (POM) material based on POM-H (homopolymer POM), compliant with RoHS and SGS testing requirements. It is wear-resistant, with high mechanical strength, rigidity, high fatigue strength, good environmental and organic solvent resistance, strong impact resistance, and good recoverability. Service temperature range is -40°C to 120°C with a working temperature of 107°C. It also exhibits good electrical properties, self-lubrication, wear resistance, and excellent dimensional stability.
Uses:Used in gears, bearings, sheets/plates, and electronic components; suitable as handle material to prevent electrostatic discharge when touching parts. Also applicable to fixtures in silicon wafer processing and the manufacture of sensitive electronic components such as hard disk drives and printed circuit boards.
