- 本品为高透明共聚聚丙烯，密度0.89-0.91 g/cm³，为塑料中最轻品种之一；强度、刚度、硬度及耐热性均优于低压聚乙烯，可在100℃左右使用；具有良好的电绝缘性和高频绝缘性，几乎不吸水，耐酸碱腐蚀；但低温时变脆，不耐磨，易老化；收缩率1.5-2.0%，加入30%玻璃纤维可降至0.7%；对芳香烃和氯化烃溶剂抵抗力较差。

Physical Properties:This product is a high-transparency copolymer polypropylene with a density of 0.89-0.91 g/cm³, one of the lightest plastics. Its strength, rigidity, hardness and heat resistance are superior to low-pressure polyethylene (HDPE), and it can be used at about 100°C. It has good electrical insulation and high-frequency insulation properties, is almost non-hygroscopic, and resists acid and alkali corrosion. However, it becomes brittle at low temperatures, is not wear-resistant, and is prone to aging. The shrinkage rate is 1.5-2.0%, which can be reduced to 0.7% by adding 30% glass fiber. It has poor resistance to aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents.
Uses:Suitable for household appliance parts, food-grade packaging containers, and various injection-molded products. It offers excellent transparency, impact resistance and processability.
