Physical Properties:Density 0.965 g/cm3, melting point approx. 130°C, crystallinity 80%-90%, softening point 125-135°C, service temperature up to 100°C, melt processing temperature 160-180°C. Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, with good heat resistance, cold resistance, chemical stability, rigidity and toughness, excellent mechanical strength, dielectric properties and environmental stress cracking resistance. Insoluble in organic solvents at room temperature, resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion, low water absorption and low permeability to water vapor and air. Poor aging resistance, requiring antioxidants and UV absorbers.

Uses:Suitable for extrusion, blow molding, injection molding and rotational molding processes. Mainly used to produce natural gas pipelines, industrial and municipal water supply/drainage pipes, large-diameter hollow wall drainage pipes, as well as films, ropes, woven bags, fishing nets, containers, turnover boxes, automotive fuel tanks and other products.
