Physical Properties:Colorless transparent liquid; viscosity 100±50 cps; nonvolatile content 20±2%. Formulated with polystyrene resin dissolved in organic solvents, it is volatile, flammable, and has a mild solvent odor. It can be diluted with ethyl acetate or acetone, and shows good wetting and adhesion on PS/HIPS substrates. The bonded joint withstands temperatures from -50°C to +80°C.
Uses:Mainly used for bonding PS and HIPS, and also suitable for ABS, AS, PC, PVC, PMMA, fabrics, ceramics and other materials. Widely applied in bonding and repairing handicrafts, toys, plastic housings of electronic and electrical products, daily necessities, display cabinets, photo frames and containers.
