Physical Properties:This product is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer produced by DuPont, combining the elasticity of rubber with the strength of engineering plastics. It has a density of approximately 1.23 g/cm³, Shore hardness D 63, and a melting temperature of about 200°C. It exhibits excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, good low-temperature flexibility, low water absorption, dimensional stability, and is easy to process by injection molding.
Uses:Suitable for the lighting industry, it can be used to manufacture LED lamp housings, heat dissipation structural components, lamp holders, and cable sheaths, providing good protection while withstanding operating temperatures of lighting fixtures. It is also used in automotive parts, industrial components, and electronic and electrical applications.
