Due to the 20% PTFE content, it features low friction coefficient, excellent self-lubrication, and outstanding wear resistance, along with good chemical corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. Its water absorption is lower than that of standard PA6, and drying is generally required before use.
Uses:It is used to manufacture wear-resistant transmission parts such as gears, bearings, sliding blocks, bushings, and cams, and is especially suitable for mechanical components requiring low friction, self-lubrication, and high wear resistance, including textile machinery, packaging machinery, automotive parts, and office equipment.
