Physical Properties:This product is supplied as black or natural-colored pellets, containing 30% glass fiber, with a density of about 1.37 g/cm³ and a melting point around 260°C. Compared to unreinforced PA66, it offers high rigidity, high strength, high heat resistance, significantly improved heat deflection temperature, lower water absorption, excellent dimensional stability, good chemical resistance and electrical insulation. It is insoluble in common organic solvents but soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, formic acid, and phenols. The PA66 matrix has a number-average molecular weight of approximately 15,000–30,000.

Uses:Widely used in automotive manufacturing (e.g., engine peripheral parts, radiator end tanks, fan blades), mechanical industry (e.g., gears, bearings, chains, conveyor belts, impellers), electrical and electronic appliances (e.g., insulating washers, baffle plates), and precision instruments. The 30% glass fiber reinforcement provides high strength, high rigidity, and good dimensional stability, making it especially suitable for engineering structural parts operating under high temperature and high load, such as gears, impellers, and scaffold fixed clamps.
