Physical Properties:White or light yellow pellets, grafting ratio 1.0-1.4%, melt index (190°C, 2.16kg) 0.8-1.5g/10min. Density approximately 0.93-0.95g/cm³, melting point approximately 70-90°C. Featuring high polarity and high reactivity, with excellent compatibility with inorganic fillers and polar polymers.
Uses:Used as a coupling agent, at 8%-10% addition it improves the interfacial compatibility and adhesion between polyolefin matrix and halogen-free flame retardants such as magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide, significantly enhancing mechanical properties and heat resistance of composites. Acts as a dispersion promoter for pigments, dyes and flame retardants in polyolefin carrier resins, suitable for color masterbatches, flame-retardant masterbatches and degradable masterbatches. Small additions markedly improve paintability, adhesion and compatibility of materials.
