- 外观为黄或白色，薄壁部分半透明；燃烧易熔融滴落，产生强烈刺激性甲醛味。白色粉末，不透明，着色性好。密度1.41-1.43 g/cm³，成型收缩率1.2%-3.0%，成型温度170-200℃，干燥条件80-90℃/2h。短期耐热可达160℃，长期使用温度-40~100℃；分解温度280℃，分解产生刺激性腐蚀性气体。力学性能优异，比强度50.5MPa，比刚度2650MPa，疲劳强度35MPa（10^7次交变载荷），冲击强度较高但对缺口敏感；摩擦因数小，自润滑性好。

Density 1.41-1.43 g/cm³, mold shrinkage 1.2%-3.0%, molding temperature 170-200°C, drying conditions 80-90°C for 2h. Short-term heat resistance up to 160°C, long-term service temperature -40°C to 100°C; decomposition at 280°C with irritating and corrosive gas evolution. Excellent mechanical properties: specific strength 50.5 MPa, specific stiffness 2650 MPa, fatigue strength 35 MPa (10^7 cycles), high impact strength but notch-sensitive; low friction coefficient and good self-lubrication.
Uses:Mainly used in automotive parts such as door locks, seat belts, fuel pipes and dashboard components; also applied in electronic/electrical and precision machinery fields for manufacturing gears, bearings and other wear-resistant transmission parts.
