Physical Properties:A 15% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 injection molding grade material with a density of approximately 1.23-1.25 g/cm³, melting point of about 260°C, heat deflection temperature (1.82 MPa) of about 200°C, and short-term heat resistance above 250°C. It offers high rigidity, high impact toughness, good ductility, dimensional stability, oil resistance, wear resistance, low friction, self-lubrication, and excellent electrical insulation.
Uses:Widely used to manufacture bearings, gears, cams, pulleys, pump impellers, fan blades, worm wheels, screws, nuts, washers, high-pressure seals, oil-resistant gaskets, cable sheaths and other machine parts. It is also used for fuel pipes, pistons, transmission belts and other components in automobiles and tractors, as well as textile machinery parts, electrical enclosures, electronic insulation parts and packaging films.
