- 乳白色、无味、无臭、无毒的蜡状颗粒，表面无光泽。具有良好的柔软性、延伸性、电绝缘性、透明性和易加工性，具有一定透气性；强度低于高密度聚乙烯，抗冲击强度高于高密度聚乙烯。化学稳定性较好，耐碱及一般有机溶剂，防潮性能良好，不溶于一般溶剂。耐寒、耐低温，较厚薄膜可承受90℃热水浸泡杀菌。耐油脂性较差，长期接触油脂会被缓慢溶胀；长期受紫外线及热作用会老化。熔点110~115℃，加工温度150~210℃，惰性气体中300℃仍稳定，但熔体与氧接触易发生降解。

Physical Properties:Milky white, odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic waxy granules with a matte surface. It has good flexibility, elongation, electrical insulation, transparency, and processability, along with a certain degree of air permeability. Its strength is lower than that of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), but its impact strength is higher. It has good chemical stability, resistant to alkalis and general organic solvents, with good moisture resistance and insolubility in common solvents. It withstands cold and low temperatures; thicker films can withstand sterilization in 90°C hot water. Oil resistance is relatively poor, being slowly swollen by prolonged contact with oils; long-term exposure to UV and heat will cause aging. Melting point: 110–115°C; processing temperature: 150–210°C; stable up to 300°C in inert gas, but the melt is prone to degradation on contact with oxygen.
Uses:Suitable for food packaging of seasonings, pastries, sugar, preserved fruits, biscuits, milk powder, tea, and dried fish floss; pharmaceutical packaging for tablets and powders; fiber product packaging for shirts, garments, knitted cotton products, and chemical fiber products; and daily chemical packaging for laundry detergent, detergents, and cosmetics. Due to its poor mechanical properties as monolayer film, it is commonly used as the heat-sealable inner layer base material of multilayer composite films. This grade is crosslinkable; after crosslinking, its heat resistance and mechanical properties are further improved, making it also suitable for heat-shrinkable materials and wire/cable insulation layers.
