Physical Properties:LCP is self-reinforcing, achieving mechanical strength comparable to glass-fiber-reinforced engineering plastics even without reinforcement. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, heat resistance, and chemical resistance, along with outstanding wear resistance and friction reduction. Good weatherability and radiation resistance. Flame retardant rating reaches UL94 V-0 with self-extinguishing behavior. Excellent electrical insulation, high dielectric strength, and good arc resistance; electrical properties are unaffected at continuous service temperatures of 200-300°C, with intermittent service temperature up to about 316°C. Outstanding corrosion resistance, unaffected by 90% acid and 50% alkali, and insoluble in industrial solvents, fuel oils, detergents, and hot water.

Uses:Primarily used in the electronic and electrical industry for surface-mount soldering technology, such as printed circuit boards, integrated circuit encapsulation materials, coil bobbins, etc. Also applied in automotive mechanical parts, aircraft engine components, microwave oven containers, optical fiber cable connector sleeves, and medical devices.
