Physical Properties:This series is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) specially designed for sealing parts. It features high temperature resistance, high strength, fast molding, suitable hardness, very low compression set, good low-temperature flexibility, bacteria resistance and heat aging resistance. Among them, grade 2203-93A offers water resistance and microorganism resistance; grade 107-90A is suitable for high-temperature and low-compression-set seals.

Uses:Primarily used for manufacturing high-temperature resistant sealing parts such as O-rings, hydraulic seals and dust seals. It is widely applied in automotive, engineering machinery, petrochemical and other industries, and can withstand harsh conditions including high temperature, oil contamination and microbial attack.
