It exhibits high mechanical strength, rigidity and dimensional stability, excellent electrical conductivity, and good wear and heat resistance. Density approx. 1.30–1.60 g/cm³, melting temperature approx. 220–260°C, heat deflection temperature (1.8 MPa) approx. 180–220°C, surface resistivity 10³–10⁵ Ω, water absorption (23°C, 24h) approx. 0.5–1.2%. It also offers good chemical resistance and fatigue resistance.
Uses:It is suitable for manufacturing engineering plastic parts that require electrical conductivity, wear resistance and antistatic performance, such as electronic enclosures, connectors, automobile fuel tanks and fans, industrial gears, bearings, pulleys, and wear-resistant guide rails. It can also be used for EMI shielding and static dissipative structural components, meeting requirements for high strength and dimensional stability.
