Physical Properties:High softening point and good heat resistance, can be used at 150°C for long-term service. Smooth surface, low friction coefficient, wear-resistant, self-lubricating. Resistant to corrosion, alkalis, most salt solutions, weak acids, machine oil, gasoline, and aromatic hydrocarbons, but not resistant to strong acids and oxidants. Self-extinguishing, non-toxic, odorless, good weather resistance, antibacterial and mold-resistant. Excellent electrical insulation, maintaining good insulation even under high humidity. Lightweight parts, easy dyeing and molding, low melt viscosity, fast solidification after mold filling, short molding cycle.
Uses:Mainly used in automotive industry, electrical and electronic industry, transportation, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable communication, films, and daily necessities. Used to manufacture bearings, gears, cams, oil delivery pipes, oil reservoirs, protective covers, fans, air filter housings, radiator water chambers, brake tubes, engine hoods, door handles, and also for food packaging films.
