Physical Properties:Semi-crystalline to crystalline thermoplastic material with a density of about 1.01-1.04 g/cm³ and a melting point of approximately 178-180℃. It has low water absorption (about 0.25%) and weak resistance to strong oxidizing acids. The material exhibits good flowability, a shrinkage rate of 0.5%-2%, excellent electrical insulation, impact resistance, chemical stability, good wear resistance, and high dimensional stability.

Uses:Suitable for water meters, commercial equipment, cable sheathing, mechanical cams, sliding mechanisms, photovoltaic backsheets, and bearings. It is also widely used in silent gears for DVD, CD, digital cameras, printers, and similar devices.

Technical Specifications:

Moisture content should be kept below 0.1% before processing; if stored in open air, dry at 80℃ for 4-8 hours

Melt temperature 240-300℃; do not exceed 310℃ for general grades and 270℃ for flame-retardant grades
