Physical Properties:Semi-crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic with a density of approximately 1.12-1.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of 215-225°C. Modified with heat stabilizers, it exhibits excellent long-term thermal aging resistance and maintains stable mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. Modified for high impact strength, it offers outstanding notched impact resistance, low-temperature toughness, and crack resistance. It also features excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation, with moderate water absorption and good processability.

Uses:Primarily used as a specialty material for automotive wheel covers and widely applied in automotive exterior parts. It is also used in the manufacture of pedestrian impact protection bumpers, transmission control modules, engine throttle systems, and power steering gears. Additionally, it is suitable for commercial vehicle components such as truck intercoolers, Renault light truck cooling systems, and truck engine oil pans, as well as plastic trays for photovoltaic modules and engineering plastic products for the electrical/electronic industry.
