- 熔融温度范围窄，热稳定性较差，料温超过300℃且滞留时间超过30min即分解。易吸湿，成型前需干燥，含水量不得超过0.3%。对冲击和应力振动的吸收能力强，冲击强度优于一般塑料及缩醛树脂。表面光滑，摩擦系数小，坚韧耐磨，耐油耐水，耐弱酸、弱碱及大多数盐液。有自熄性，无毒无臭，抗霉。电绝缘性能优良。制件重量轻，易染色，易成型，流动性好，但易溢料。

Physical Properties:The melting range is narrow and thermal stability is relatively poor; decomposition occurs when the melt temperature exceeds 300°C for more than 30 min. It is hygroscopic and must be dried before molding, with moisture content not exceeding 0.3%. It has strong absorption of impact and stress vibration, with impact strength superior to general plastics and acetal resin. The surface is smooth with low friction coefficient; it is tough, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, water-resistant, and resistant to weak acids, weak alkalis and most salt solutions. It is self-extinguishing, non-toxic, odorless and mold-resistant. It has excellent electrical insulation. Molded parts are light, easy to dye and form, and the material has good flowability but tends to flash.
Uses:Suitable for manufacturing general mechanical parts, wear-reducing and wear-resistant parts, transmission parts, as well as chemical, electrical and instrument components. Widely used in textiles, construction, daily necessities and transportation fields, such as gears, bearings, pulleys, textile shuttles, pedals, radiator fans, door handles, fuel tank caps, combs and fishing nets.
