Physical Properties:Appearance is a translucent or opaque milky white crystalline polymer with plasticity. Pure PA66 has a melting point of 252 ℃, brittleness temperature of -30 ℃, thermal decomposition temperature above 350 ℃, continuous heat resistance of 80-120 ℃, and equilibrium water absorption of 2.5%. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, most inorganic salt aqueous solutions, halogenated hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, etc., but is easily soluble in polar solvents such as phenol and formic acid. It has excellent wear resistance, self-lubrication, and high mechanical strength. With 33% glass fiber reinforcement, the density is approximately 1.39 g/cm³, heat deflection temperature reaches 248-250 ℃, strength and rigidity are significantly improved, and it has good thermal aging resistance.

Uses:Widely used in manufacturing parts for machinery, automobiles, chemical and electrical equipment, such as gears, rollers, pulleys, shafts, impellers in pump bodies, fan blades, high-pressure sealing rings, valve seats, gaskets, bushings, handles, support frames, and wire coatings. It is particularly suitable for high-rigidity automotive parts such as engine peripheral components and structural parts. It can also be made into films for packaging materials, and used for instruments, sports equipment, daily necessities, etc.
