Physical Properties:This material is a modified nylon 66 resin in granular form. It features low-temperature alcohol solubility and can rapidly dissolve in ethanol, methanol, and ethanol/water mixed solvents at low temperature, giving a clear and stable solution. It is insoluble in common organic solvents at room temperature, with good oil and solvent resistance and strong adhesion. Density is about 1.10–1.15 g/cm³, melting point range 110–160 °C, low softening point, good melt flow, excellent wetting during coating, and the dried film exhibits good flexibility and wear resistance.
Uses:Suitable for food-grade composite film coating and as a low-temperature hot-melt adhesive material. It is widely used for insulating coating, sealing, fixing, and moisture protection of power tool accessories and electronic/electrical components.
