Physical Properties:Crystalline thermoplastic with a distinct melting point; PA66 melts at about 260-270°C. It is hygroscopic and must be dried before molding; overdrying at high temperatures may cause discoloration. It has high tensile strength, excellent toughness and impact resistance, good self-lubricity, wear resistance, chemical resistance, good low-temperature performance, and self-extinguishing behavior. This grade is reinforced with 25% glass fiber and flame-retardant with red phosphorus (halogen-free), achieving V0 rating.
Uses:Used for mechanical parts and housings requiring flame retardance, suitable for electrical components, automotive parts, and other applications with high flame-retardant requirements.
