Physical Properties:This product is a thermally conductive modified plastic based on PA66 (polyhexamethylene adipamide) filled with high thermal conductivity fillers. It features high thermal conductivity, excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy and electrical insulation, with a density of about 1.3~1.6 g/cm³, low water absorption and good dimensional stability.
Uses:Used in electronic and electrical components requiring efficient heat dissipation, such as LED heat sinks, cooling fan frames, coil bobbins, relays, etc.; also applied in heat-resistant parts around automotive engines, housings and structural parts.
