Physical Properties:Melting point approximately 264°C; high strength and high modulus over a wide temperature range; better dimensional stability than ordinary polyamide with low water absorption; low coefficient of thermal expansion; good resistance to oils and organic solvents; low shrinkage and not prone to deformation; glass-fiber reinforced surface retains gloss.

Uses:Suitable for manufacturing connectors, gaskets, wire binding ties, coil bobbins and other mechanical parts; widely used in electronic and electrical appliances, lighting fixtures, sports equipment, home appliance parts, wires and cables, and power tool accessories.

Technical Specifications:

Processing grade: injection molding.

Melting temperature range: 260~290°C; for glass-fiber additive grades, recommend 275~280°C; avoid above 300°C.

Drying treatment: sealed packaging can be processed directly; if container has been opened, dry in hot air at 85°C; if moisture is above 0.2%, vacuum dry at 105°C for 12 hours.

Molding shrinkage: 1%~2%; with glass fiber additive, can be reduced to 0.2%~1%.

Characteristic grade: reinforced, thermal stability, high temperature resistance, standard grade, wear-resistant, high flow.
