Physical Properties:A polyamide 66 (nylon 66) modified material reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It exhibits high tensile strength and excellent toughness and impact resistance, along with superior self-lubricating, wear resistance, and chemical resistance. It features good low-temperature performance and self-extinguishing behavior. Density is approximately 1.14-1.18 g/cm³, melting point is about 260-270°C, with reduced water absorption compared to unreinforced PA66 and good dimensional stability.

Uses:Widely used in manufacturing parts for machinery, automotive, chemical, and electrical equipment, such as gears, rollers, pulleys, pump impellers, fan blades, high-pressure seals, valve seats, gaskets, bushings, handles, support frames, and inner layers of wire insulation. This grade combines reinforced modification with electrostatic dissipation performance, suitable for injection molding and extrusion, providing lightweight and cost-effective alternatives to metal parts.
