Physical Properties:Semi-transparent or opaque white crystalline polymer with a density of about 1.14~1.15 g/cm³, melting point of 260~265°C, and decomposition temperature of about 350°C. It has good wear resistance, self-lubrication, oil resistance and corrosion resistance, but relatively high water absorption. This grade has a V0 flame retardant rating.

Uses:Suitable for manufacturing high-temperature electrical socket parts, electrical components, gears, bearings, rollers, spring brackets, pulleys, bolts, impellers, fan blades, propellers, high-pressure sealing gaskets, valve seats, oil delivery pipes, oil storage containers, ropes, cable ties, transmission belts, grinding wheel binders, battery boxes, insulating electrical parts, wire cores, and more. Suitable for injection molding.

Technical Specifications:

Cylinder temperature: feed zone 60~90°C, zones 1~5 260~290°C, nozzle 280~290°C.

Melt temperature 270~290°C, mold temperature 60~100°C.

Injection pressure 100~160 MPa, up to 180 MPa for thin-walled long-flow parts.

Pre-drying: dry at 80°C for 4 hours.

Shrinkage 0.7%~2.0%, 0.4%~0.7% with 30% glass fiber reinforcement.
