Physical Properties:PA66 is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic with high crystallinity, excellent rigidity and heat resistance. It has a melting point of 264°C, a density of approximately 2.0 g/cm³, relatively high water absorption and average dimensional stability. The 50% stainless steel fiber filled grade provides excellent electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness while retaining the high strength, wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of PA66.
Uses:Mainly used in electronic and electrical components requiring electromagnetic shielding and anti-electromagnetic pulse protection, such as communication equipment housings, shielding covers, connectors, electrical sockets and electronic device structural parts. Also used in automotive electronics, aerospace and military applications for anti-EMI components, replacing metal to achieve lightweight and integrated shielding.
