Physical Properties:PA66 ST801 is a toughened modification grade of poly(hexamethylene adipamide) (PA66), offering low-temperature resistance, high impact strength, and general-purpose processability. Its density is approximately 1.08 g/cm³ and the melting point ranges from 255 to 265°C. It retains outstanding impact toughness even at -40°C. The material features self-lubrication, excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance, and good electrical insulation, but its saturated water absorption is relatively high at approximately 2.5%-3.0%, which may affect dimensional stability of parts.

Uses:It is mainly used in automotive components, mechanical transmission parts, electrical insulation parts, power tool housings, and impact-resistant structural parts in low-temperature environments. It can also be used for pulleys, bearings, gears, bolts, and other general engineering parts, especially for components subjected to high impact loads under severe cold conditions at -40°C.
