Physical Properties:Semi-crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. Density approximately 1.14–1.41 g/cm3 depending on the glass-fiber content and flame-retardant system; high mechanical strength, stiffness, creep resistance, and excellent heat-aging resistance with good long-term heat resistance. FR70G25V0 and FR95G25V0NH are 25% glass-fiber-reinforced flame-retardant grades with UL 94 V-0 rating; resistant to oil, solvents, and chemicals; excellent electrical insulation; lower water absorption than PA6 and good dimensional stability.

Uses:Used for heat-resistant automotive parts such as engine covers, oil pans, and cylinder head cover gaskets; used for electronic and electrical connectors, cable insulation and jacketing, transformer insulation, and electrical encapsulation materials; also used in photovoltaic modules, appliance housings, innovative furniture, sports equipment, and high-performance 3D printed parts.
