Physical Properties:Milky white translucent or opaque crystalline thermoplastic polyester with a density of about 1.31 g/cm³ and a melting point of about 225°C. It features high strength, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, and low creep (minimal change even at high temperatures). It has good heat aging resistance; the UL temperature index after reinforcement reaches 120–140°C. It has good solvent resistance and is free from stress cracking. It is not stable in water and hydrolyzes easily.
Uses:Mainly used in electrical and electronic applications (non-fuse breakers, electromagnetic switches, flyback transformers, appliance handles, connectors, housings), automotive parts (door handles, bumpers, distributor caps, fenders, wire harness guards, wheel covers), and industrial parts (OA fans, keyboards, fishing reel components, lamp covers).
