It exhibits excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and dimensional stability, low water absorption, excellent electrical insulation, and resistance to chemical solvents and oils. This grade F10G30LM is 30% glass fiber reinforced, low-emission type.
Uses:Used to manufacture automotive parts such as intake manifolds, front-end module carriers, fan shrouds, cylinder head covers, door frame inner covers, radiator end tanks, sunroof frames, fuel filler doors/brackets, door handles, wheel covers, engine oil pans, exterior mirror bases, junction boxes/fuse boxes, and ECU housings. Also used for electronic and electrical components, gears, bearings and other engineering plastic products.
