Physical Properties:PC/ABS 6140 is a blend of polycarbonate and ABS resin, with a density of approximately 1.10-1.15 g/cm³, moderate melt flow rate, good fluidity, and easy injection molding. Its heat deflection temperature is higher than that of ordinary ABS, with good dimensional stability, high impact strength, good surface gloss, as well as good electrical insulation and chemical resistance.
Uses:It is suitable for injection molding process, can be used to make automotive interior and exterior parts (such as instrument panels, door panels), electronic appliance housings, communication equipment accessories, and household appliance structural parts, especially suitable for medium and large thin-walled products requiring high rigidity and good appearance.
