Physical Properties:Appearance: uniform masterbatch granules or powder-form pigment. The product is produced from imported high-solubility base resins and selected lightfast pigments through twin-screw shearing, mixing and pelletizing. It provides good melt mixing, dispersion and pigment stability, with strong hiding power, excellent dispersibility and bright colors. After dispersion, it is free of specks and streaks; temperature resistance is 160–380°C and lightfastness is grade 5–8. Suitable for plastic substrates including PP, ABS, PC, PA, GPPS, PE, PBT, TPU, PET, nylon, HIPS, TPE, PA66, PCTG, PLA, EVA, PETG, PVC, AS, PMMA and POM. Most products comply with EU RoHS, US FDA food-contact grade, BPA-free, PAHS, European EN71, US UL 6P, halogen-free and EU REACH standards; customized standards are also available.
Uses:It is mainly used in household appliances, plastic pipes, plastic pelletizing, food packaging, medical devices, automotive interiors, shoe materials, daily necessities, electronics, plastic toys, nonwoven fabrics, spinning, stationery, plastic furniture, wood-plastic flooring and packaging materials. Available in black masterbatch, white masterbatch, color masterbatch, flame-retardant masterbatch, laser-marking masterbatch, flow-pattern color masterbatch and other functional grades to meet coloring requirements in injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other processing methods.
