Physical Properties:Ethylene-octene copolymer polyolefin elastomer with a density of 0.902 g/cm³, a melt flow rate of 10.0 g/10 min, a Mooney viscosity of 4.6 MU and a flexural modulus of 76.6 MPa. It combines the resilience of rubber with the processability of thermoplastic resins, exhibiting excellent low-temperature impact resistance, weatherability and aging resistance, as well as good compatibility with PP, PE and other polyolefin base resins, and good surface gloss on finished parts.
Uses:Mainly used as an impact modifier for fitness equipment, home appliances, automotive interior and exterior parts and electrical components, significantly improving product flexibility and low-temperature toughness. Suitable for injection molding and coating processes, it is also widely applied in toughening modification of polypropylene resins, wire and cable insulation and encapsulation materials.
